**On-Site Sewage Facility:**
The treatment and effluent disposal system is simple but effective. All wastewater from the kitchen, restrooms, laundry room, and sewage from the hotel are pumped into four septic tanks. Processed wastewater is transferred to rotoplast tanks, from where treated water is used for irrigation, having no harmful effect on the environment or surrounding area.

The property has hosted numerous students for group exchanges, weddings, and conferences and operates as a fully turnkey operation.
