20 Acres at Rocky Point North

20 acres of untouched island is home to a variety of corals and fish. Local fishermen cast their nets in the bay for some live bait before heading out on their fishing trip. The land has a lot of high and dry areas, but dredging on the sandbanks offers the perfect fill (permits supplied by DOE on application). A beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and great snorkeling is only a 20-minute boat ride from Placencia Village.
