This farm is one of a kind, occupied with full-time caretakers, ensuring it is always kept clean and well maintained. The farm is well elevated from the riverfront, eliminating flooding concerns. There are two living quarters on the property for staff. It is located in La Democracia Agricultural Layout on the west side of the Sibun River, just off the George Price Highway on the Coastal Road. Accessing the property involves approximately 2 miles of dirt all-weather roads. The coastal road is currently being paved and rehabilitated with new bridges and proper drainage.

The farm features over 2000 Figures and Honduran Mahogany trees, planted over a 20-year period, now reaching heights of over 90 ft. The trees are well cared for and treated to prevent insect infestation, enhancing the yield of mahogany. Additionally, there are approximately 250 soursop, over 200 coconuts, 50 lime trees, 50 orange trees, and various other fruit-bearing plants such as golden plums, mangos, marly apples, pineapples, guinep, craboo, sapodilla, cashew, bananas, plantains, and tamarind.

There are also several short crops, including okra, pumpkins, sugar cane, beans, cocoa, watermelon, and corn, among others. All the fruit trees are currently bearing fruit. This farm operates as a full turnkey operation.
