28.5 Acres River Front fully cultivated farm with Mahogany and mixed fruit trees.
This farm is unique, occupied with full-time caretakers ensuring it is always clean and well-maintained. The property is well elevated from the riverfront, eliminating flooding concerns. It includes two living quarters for staff. Located on the west side of the Sibun River, access is approximately 2 miles down dirt all-weather roads from the Coastal Road, which is currently being paved and rehabilitated with new bridges and improved drainage.
The farm boasts over 2000 Figures and Honduran Mahogany trees, planted over a 20-year period, with heights exceeding 90 ft. These trees are well cared for and treated to deter insects, resulting in higher yields. Additionally, there are approximately 250 soursop trees, over 200 coconut trees, and various citrus trees, including lime and orange. The property also features an array of other fruit trees such as golden plums, mangos, marly apples, pineapple, guinep, craboo, sapodilla, cashew, bananas, plantains, and tamarind.
Several short crops are grown as well, including okra, pumpkins, sugar cane, beans, cocoa, watermelon, and corn. All the fruit trees are currently bearing fruit. This farm operates as a complete turnkey operation.
