The property is currently only accessible by boat, either from the north via Old Belize and Belize City or from the south through a path that will take you along the Burdon Canal into the Jones Lagoon, through Boom Creek to the Sibun River mouth and out to the Caribbean. There are no utilities or infrastructure on the property. Wind and solar power backed by diesel generators would be the sources for electricity, while a rainwater catchment and storage system would be necessary for water.

While not yet developed, this property sits just a few miles north of a planned roadway that will be established to access an approved port located approximately 3 miles to the south. This development is expected to bring direct road access along the western boundary and potentially direct access to electricity and water services as well.
