There are 16 Riverside lots that are immediately adjacent to the Sibun River, 15 Creekside lots that back onto a smaller all-year-round creek with the Sibun Forest Reserve beyond, 16 Hillside Riverview lots that run along a ridge overlooking the river valley and also back onto the same all-year-round creek, and 26 Hilltop lots that enjoy 360-degree views and a steady breeze.
