You have a boat and Captain for transfers to and from the pier, allowing you to explore dining, nightlife, shopping, and various attractions.

This uniquely designed island accommodates large groups, featuring 7 spacious bedroom suites, suitable for up to 28 guests. Only your group and onsite staff, who have separate detached housing, will be on the island during your stay. Spanning 2 acres, you’ll find 12,700 sqft of beautiful, pristine landscaping surrounding each luxury suite. Each villa offers stunning views, comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, and oversized bathrooms, some with outdoor rain showers.

Amenities include a large outdoor kitchen, bar, games room, private swimming pool, kayaks, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, ping pong, and more. Daily maid service, spa treatments upon request, and a chef available three days a week ensure a memorable experience.

With a successful track record of managing vacation rental villas, the developers have transitioned to island development and completed their first luxury private island in 2016. Their expertise has established a professional vacation island rental operation, boasting a high occupancy rate and excellent guest reviews.

As an owner, you will receive shares of the entire property, with a total of 5 weeks per year on a point system that ensures fairness among shareholders. Weeks can be given away but not sold. Owners can opt to allow the management company to rent their weeks, contributing to a rental pool with income divided according to the points schedule. Dividends are paid from the rental pool after taxes, with an expected ROI and the opportunity to enjoy time on the island with family and friends.
